Procedure:

The seller sends the Corporate Offer (SCO).
The buyer accepts, sends LOI, and returns it to the seller.
The seller signs NCDA.
The seller issues a standard purchase and sale contract.
The buyer approves the ICPO and signs the standard sales contract.
Reviewed and approved by both parties.
