Extruder WCH-EX203, a high productivity machine, applied in the production of prefabricated and prestressed elements, which vibrate and give surface finish on flat tracks concrete coated steel or metal tracks<br />

It allows the production of hollow core/solid slabs using a single Power Unit - UM203 and several Compaction Units (CU).<br />

Versatile, WCH Extruder allows the production with nominal heights of 12, 16, 18, 20, 25, 30, 40 and 50 cm.<br />
Productivity up to 120m2 / h.<br />
<br />
Dry concrete (slump 0) resulting in high strength (70-75 MPa).<br />
Great Savings concrete with reduced consumption of cement per m3.<br />
