Medium-tonnage single-color rotary sole machine family from DEYU. One chassis covering DY-1106 (6 stations), DY-1108 (8 stations), DY-1112 (12 stations) at 80-100T clamping force. Up to 130 pairs/hour. Materials: PVC / TPR / TPU (foamed or non-foamed). DY-1112 carries Φ65 screw with 660 cm³/shot capacity. Servo energy-saving (saves 30%+ electricity) + computer-programmed digital PLC + optional central water-cooling. Ideal for men's shoe sets, casual and sports sole production. PP midsole sister model DY-1124E (24 stations, 80T, 130 pairs/h) also available. ISO 9001:2000 + CE certified.
