DY-2212 / DY-2216 is DEYU's heavy-duty dual-color line — both machines run 150-ton clamping force with two injection heads (Φ55/Φ55) for TR/TPU two-color rotary production at 60-120 pairs/hour. DY-2212 is the 12-station column-type flagship with external oil pump for cooler running and longer life; DY-2216 steps up to 16 stations and additionally supports PVC/TPR.

Central water-cooling keeps mould cycles short for the dense TPU formulations used in premium sport-shoe outsoles. Servo energy-saving cuts electricity 30%+.

Typical applications: dual-color TR/TPU sport-shoe outsoles, soccer cleat outsoles, premium running shoe soles, two-tone fashion soles, high-volume dual-color heavy-duty production.
