The Sanitary Ball Valve is a hygienic ball valve that is used for material handling. The valves are used in food and beverage processing, as well as in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The fully penetrating valve cavity design does not create any fluid resistance. This makes the sanitary ball valve type the best choice for handling viscous or particulate-containing fluids.

How it works

◎A precision-fabricated ball with a through-chamber is placed between the two flanges in the valve body and the two PTFE valve seats. A valve shaft can be rotated 90° to act on the sphere, allowing the valve to be opened or closed.

◎At the same time, the valve seat cleaning joint can be added to clean the valve cavity of the ball valve and discharge it through the discharge hole.

◎There are three types of ball valves:

Straight-through ball valve, three-piece construction, consisting of two flanges, valve body and two PTFE seats. Bolt-on. The valve seat cleaning joint can be added to clean the valve cavity of the ball valve and discharge it through the discharge hole.

Three-way ball valve, there are two types of structural forms: T type and L type. It is composed of a valve body, bonnet and PTFE seat, and is threaded mounted.

Straight-through ball valve, two-piece construction, consisting of a valve body, fittings and two PTFE seats, with clamp mounting. The valve seat cleaning joint can be added to clean the valve cavity of the ball valve and discharge it through the discharge hole.
