Description
1. The bed tailored welding is welded by the integral steel structure, and the stability and accuracy of the machine tool are greatly improved after high temperature annealing and stress relief.
2. Heat treatment The bed is put into a large annealing furnace, the temperature is raised to 500-550 °C, and the average temperature is reduced to 300 °C with the furnace after 2-3 hours to eliminate welding stress.
3. Finishing of the bed After finishing treatment, the flatness and straightness of the bed are guaranteed to be within 0.05mm, and the flatness and straightness of the beam are guaranteed to be within 0.03mm, and the test can be used only after passing the test.
4. Machine tool surface treatment The surface of the machine tool needs to go through eight steps, such as rust removal, rust prevention, grinding, and three-paint treatment, before proceeding to the next procedure.
5. Mechanical assembly
(1) Use the fitter level to adjust the level of the machine tool to within 0.10mm accuracy;
(2) Use a collimator to adjust the flatness and straightness of the guide rail of the bed and the beam to within the accuracy of 0.05mm, and adjust the flatness and straightness of the rack and straightness of the bed and the beam to the accuracy of 0.02mm;
(3) Use a marble angle ruler to adjust the bed and beam to 90°, and the error is guaranteed to be within 0.03mm.
