Product Overview
The SK type static mixer, also known as a static mixer, is a device designed for the mixing of water and various additives in a short time, achieving excellent results for adding various mixing agents, assisting agents, stabilizers, emulsifiers, and gas-liquid mixing systems, etc. The static mixer is a type of mixer that does not contain mechanical moving parts, composed of static mixing elements and baffles, flow chambers, multiple chambers or different shapes, etc., used as a single unit. The mixing methods are divided into baffle type, flow type, multiple chambers, and different shapes. In the static mixer, each section has a fixed static mixing element with a 180° bend, with the left and right bends rotating in opposite directions and at 90°. The structure forms two half-cylindrical shapes, both ends are connected by a flow channel, and the structure is combined with a surrounding flow to meet its complex sealing requirements. The static mixing element inside the mixer is fixed, and the flow passes through it, generating a flow pattern that enhances the mixing efficiency. This type of static mixer does not require external power supply.
The product has fast and high-efficiency mixing, simple structure, low energy consumption, and small footprint. Under conditions that do not require external force, the water flow through 6-8 mixing units, mutually interacting, while simultaneously reversing the flow and continuously interacting, can achieve very good mixing results, with a mixing efficiency reaching 90-95%. Design Reference
The injection positions of various additives should be located at the front end of the static mixer, and greater than 25cm, combined with the spray flow for better effect. The injection position of the additives can be designed according to the water discharge standard, the internal flow speed should be greater than 0.9m/s, and the internal pressure should be less than 1.6Mpa. The static mixer is designed according to specific pipe diameter and water quantity, once the flow quantity decreases, the water head loss increases, thereby clearly affecting the mixing efficiency.
