Product Features: SPZn-400 is an economical, heavy metal-free, self-polishing antifouling coating base resin. Its improved and optimized resin structure ensures a continuous and stable release of the antifouling agent. Its hydrolysis reaction rate is mild, making it suitable for ocean-going vessels. It is suitable for copper-free and rosin-free formulations. Heavy metal-free self-polishing antifouling coatings prepared using SPZn-400 resin have an antifouling period of 36-60 months (actual antifouling period depends on the coating formulation, vessel navigation conditions, and sea area). It is safe and environmentally friendly for the marine environment and suitable for aluminum alloy substrates on ship bottoms and for multi-color antifouling coating formulations.
