The XZ600 model is a horizontal directional drilling rig positioned for medium to large construction capacity. It possesses high push-pull force and strong drilling capability, suitable for medium to large diameter pipes and medium to long distance crossings. The machine's power and hydraulic system design emphasizes stability and efficiency, enabling continuous advance and pullback operations under various geological conditions, supporting trenchless construction of municipal pipelines, gas pipelines, and communication lines.

📍 XZ680 Horizontal Directional Drilling Rig

The XZ680 horizontal directional drilling rig uses a high-efficiency diesel engine with a rated power of approximately 250 kW, a maximum push-pull force of approximately 680 kN, a maximum torque of approximately 27,000 N·m from the power head, and a maximum power head speed of approximately 100 r/min. The equipment features a stable rack and pinion push-pull structure, a highly reliable hydraulic control system, and a floating power head design, effectively extending drill rod life and improving construction durability. It is suitable for medium to large-sized pipeline laying and cross-road/cross-regional construction. The maximum reaming diameter can reach approximately 1000 mm.

The XZ800 model is a further enhanced medium to large-sized horizontal directional drilling rig. Its push-pull force and torque output are higher than the XZ680, making it suitable for projects with larger pipe diameters and longer construction distances. This machine is typically equipped with a high-powered diesel system and a high-efficiency hydraulic transmission system, enabling it to maintain high stability in propulsion and efficient pullback performance under complex geological conditions. This gives it higher productivity and greater adaptability in the construction of large-scale municipal pipeline networks and energy pipeline crossings.

📍 XZ1000E Horizontal Directional Drilling Rig

The XZ1000E horizontal directional drilling rig is equipped with a Weichai WP10 series engine with a rated power of approximately 230 kW. The hydraulic power head has a maximum speed of approximately 100 r/min, supports drill rod specifications such as Φ114/127 mm × 6 m, and can achieve a maximum reaming diameter of approximately Φ1200 mm. The XZ1000E has excellent power output, balanced propulsion and pullback capabilities in trenchless construction, making it suitable for projects crossing roads, waterways, and medium to large diameter pipelines. The machine's weight of approximately 20 t and its moderate structural dimensions also facilitate on-site relocation and construction configuration management.
