For NK cells of peripheral blood normal samples (initial positive rate higher than 10%), the cell count reaches at least 5.0 billion with a positive rate of 70% during 14-16 days; for NK cells of peripheral blood special samples (initial positive rate lower than 10%), the cell count reaches at least 5.0 billion with a positive rate of 40% during 14-16 days. For NK cells of umbilical cord blood samples, the cell count reaches over 4.0 billion with a positive rate of over 70% during 16-18 days. This product is composed of a basic medium and an induced expansion kit, to provide an extremely easy-to-use solution for NK cell culture.
