Our story begins in 1989, when brothers Roberto and Luiz Zagonel started their small trade for repairing appliances. The local business grew, starting to work with the manufacture of submerged pumps and rural electrification devices. When the dream of undertaking added to the opportunity, it gave birth to part of the company we know today. Seeking constant innovation, the first electronic shower was launched with distance adjustment from the market. We overcome adversity through persistence and hard work, we seek to specialize and follow each new business trend. Thus, it was possible to perceive the real desires and needs of our audience, bringing innovation and new proposals to this business. We created a line of products that combine design and technology, thus managing to grow with quality and differential in a competitive market, enabling the certification of ISO 9001, which proves our responsibility to act correctly and within the standards. Currently our structure has an industrial area greater than 15,000m², employing more than 500 employees and operating throughout Brazil. In addition, we serve the LED lighting market, meeting the needs of large public and private corporations. Our priority is to work with quality in all segments that we propose to meet: street lighting, commercial, industrial, sports, food, classified areas, etc., so we care to look forward and bring to the consumer the best in technology and innovation, generating comfort and practicality to all who use zagonel brand products. For us it is a pride to be part of the development and structure of great business, which like us, value the quality of each sector. This care is visible throughout our production, which has: Pick and Place: A modern system for placing electronic components capable of applying up to 42,000 elements per hour. The automatic reading of the positioning of each part ensures the correct assembly of the plates of all our products. Plastic Resin Injection: Automated plastic resin feeding systems, and with robots for parts removal. Tooling: A complete solution for product development and creation. The tooling allows agility in the manufacture and maintenance of our molds. In addition to our industrial capacity, we have qualified and experienced employees, divided into several fronts: innovation management, production and sales. All committed to optimizing each process, after all, we know the importance of delivering a unique product. Our sales team is instructed to serve in an agile manner. We have representatives in all Brazilian states, and we aim to expand our borders throughout Latin America.
