This equipment is a fully automatic plant fiber extraction machine, a high-efficiency fiber processing device developed by our company based on years of experience in machinery manufacturing. It is suitable for extracting and processing various natural plant fibers such as sisal, banana stalks, pineapple leaves, jute, kenaf, and ramie. The working principle of the equipment is as follows: raw materials are automatically or manually fed into the feeding mechanism, which then feeds the raw materials into a high-speed rotating blade ball. The blade ball, in conjunction with a fixed blade, breaks down the leaf pulp, achieving separation of fiber and leaf pulp. The separated fiber is then conveyed to the next process via a conveyor belt, completing the entire fiber extraction process.
