Because the nozzles are 180 °C apart, the helix distance of the purge jet is only half the pitch of the pitch (double helix). The air flow of the purge medium sprayed from the nozzle removes the dust on the heating surface of the boiler with the appropriate momentum (suitable flow rate and velocity), so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning the heating surface and improving the heat transfer efficiency. Due to the extension of the conical purge jet, the heating surface within the purge distance is cleaned.
