Specification
This industrial dehydrator is made by a low noise anti-high temperature axial flow fan, ventilation system and an automatic control & alarming system.
The heat source the drying oven can be steam or electricity. When working most the hot air is circulated in the oven, so the heat efficiency is high and the energy is saved. By using the forced ventilation function, there are the adjustable air distribution plates inside the oven. The materials can be dried uniformly.

Application
This industrial is made by a low noise anti-high temperature axial flow fan and an automatic control temperature system.
It is suitable for the material or the product hot solidification, drying, de-watering.
The raw material can be pharmaceutical, chemical, food, farming, side-product, aquatic product, light industries, heavy industry and so on.
Such as: raw material medicine, crude drug, prepared herbal medicine of Chinese traditional medicine, plaster, power, particle, drinking agent, pill, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, de-watering vegetable, dried fruit piece, sausage, plastics, resin, electric component, baking varnish and etc.

Features
1. Heat sources: steam, electricity, far infrared, steam + electricity.
2. Working temperature (steam heating): 50-140°C, Max 150 °C
3. Working temperature (when using electricity and far-infrared): 50-300°C
4. The industrial dehydrator is equipped with automatic temperature control system and temperature reorder.
5. General steam pressure: 0.2-0.8 MPa (2-8kg/cm2).
6. If the operation temperature is more than 140°C or less than 60°C, it should be indicated before placing order.
7. The trolley and trays are in uniform dimensions which can be exchanged with each other.
