Hi, We are reviewing suppliers for a potential Quarterly contract of 60 Metric Tons of Refined cooking oil.
Before we proceed to pricing, please provide the latest Certificate of Analysis (COA) for your current batch.
Specifically, we require the following parameters to meet our quality standards:
Free Fatty Acids (FFA): Must be < 0.1% (as Oleic Acid).
Peroxide Value: Must be < 1.0 meq/kg at the time of loading.
Iodine Value: Please specify the range (e.g., 118–141 for Sunflower).
Moisture & Volatile Matter: Must be < 0.05%.
Smoke Point: Must be above 230°C.
Documentation & Compliance: Please attach your ISO 22000 or HACCP certificate.
Do you have a recent third-party audit report from SGS or Bureau Veritas? Can you provide a Health Certificate and Phytosanitary Certificate for export?
Logistics: What is your standard packaging for bulk and retail (e.g., 22MT Flexibag or 25L Jerry Cans, 1L, 2L, 3L, 4L, 5L)?
What is the shelf life (expiry) of the oil from the date of production? We look forward to reviewing your technical specs.
