The goal is to ensure high-speed and low-latency connectivity for itinerant actions throughout the state of Alagoas, for a period of 12 (twelve) months. Technical details: a) Technology: Connection based on low Earth orbit (LEO) satellites, aiming for lower latency and greater stability compared to traditional satellite systems. b) Mobile satellite internet connection: minimum speed of 65 Mbps (sixty-five megabits per second), on a mobile plan with unlimited data, to ensure high-speed and low-latency connectivity at events and locations with poor internet infrastructure. c) Coverage: Full availability of the service throughout the state of Alagoas, without interruptions or geographical limitations. d) Equipment: Supply, installation, and configuration of Starlink access terminal, including antenna, router, and other necessary accessories for the operation of the service.
