This Request for Quotation is for approximately 12,000 metric tons of Sugar ICUMSA 45 refined or VHP raw 600–1200, packed in 50 kg bags and containerized.

We are seeking offers for CIF delivery to Germany or Italy. Please provide a CIF price inclusive of all commercial margins. Payment will be made via Letter of Credit (LC) or an acceptable bank instrument.

Standard export documentation is required, including a quality certificate, phytosanitary certificate, packing list, invoice, and certificate of origin. SGS or equivalent inspection at loading is also required.

The product must be ready to ship within 10–21 days.

We are qualifying CIF supply options for an industrial buyer profile. Buyer details will be provided after confirmation of availability, CIF pricing, and export capability.

Please provide your CIF price, available volumes, origin, specification sheet, export procedure, and lead time for the full 12,000 MT requirement.
