We are seeking a reliable partner for the long-term supply of Pine KD (Pinus Taeda/Elliottii). The potential requirement is for 10 containers per month, totaling approximately 120 containers annually.

Product specifications are as follows:

1. **Product Specifications**
* Grade: A Grade Only (free from cracks, splits, rot, wane, and twists).
* Drying: Kiln-Dried (KD) to a moisture content of 12% – 14%.
* Treatment: Anti-sapstain treatment and Heat Treatment (HT) are mandatory.

2. **Dimensions & Sizing (No Minus Tolerance)**
* Item A: Invoice 24 x 75 x 4,000 mm (Actual Production 26 x 77 x 4,000 mm).
* Item B: Invoice 30 x 90 x 4,000 mm (Actual Production 32 x 92 x 4,000 mm).
* Length: While 4,000 mm is the target, lengths of 3,960 mm or 3,970 mm may be considered if they enhance container loading efficiency. Please advise on the optimal length for production.

3. **Business Terms**
* Incoterms: CFR (CNF) Busan Port, South Korea.
* Payment: 100% Irrevocable L/C at Sight.
* Certification: FSC or PEFC certification is highly preferred.

To proceed with the vendor approval process, please provide clear photos or videos of your factory, sawmill equipment, and your current stock of Grade A Pine KD.
