**Payment Terms**

First shipment:
• 15% in advance against Proforma Invoice (PI)
• 85% at the port of shipment

Subsequent shipments:
• 100% against Bill of Lading (B/L) at the port of shipment

**Commercial Procedure**
LOI → KYC → CIS / FCO → ICPO → POP (Top 25 / Top 50 Bank) → SPA → SBLC

**Certification and Inspection**
• SGS certificate presented at the time of shipment.

**Important Observations**

1. The LOI must be sent to the supplier only after acceptance of the general supply conditions.

2. The LOI must necessarily contain:
• Exact quantity per destination
• Type of packaging
• Total value of the offer
• Payment terms as described above

3. All documentation will strictly follow international trade standards.
