We are currently representing a serious international buyer interested in sourcing Lithium Ore under the following indicative terms and conditions.

Before proceeding with a formal Letter of Intent (LOI), we kindly invite your company to submit a Seller’s Confirmation Offer (SCO) based on the specifications below:

Product:
Lithium Ore with Li₂O content between 5.0% and 7.5%

Trial Order Quantity:
5,000 – 10,000 MT

Formal Contract Quantity:
Minimum 10,000 MT per month for 12 months (total contract volume up to 120,000 MT), subject to successful trial shipment and supplier capacity

Price Terms:
CIF any major seaport in China – price to be negotiated

Payment Terms:
• Trial shipment: TT payment after arrival and successful inspection at Chinese discharge port
• Formal contract shipments: DLC against Seller’s Performance Bond (PB) equivalent to 5% of contract value

Inspection:
Inspection to be conducted at both loading port and discharge port

Destination Ports:
Zhangjiagang, Zhenjiang, or Shanghai Port – China

In addition, the same buyer also has interest in:
• Copper Ore / Copper Concentrates
• Gold Ore
• Silver Ore
• Other mineral commodities
