A request for quotation is being made for a monthly supply of 1,800 metric tons of edible oil, specifically soybean oil.

The following specifications are required:

· Product: Pure refined soybean oil (non-GMO preferred, but GMO acceptable depending on price)
· Quantity: 1,800 MT per month (monthly recurring contract)
· Packaging: Flexible – please advise best option (bulk flexitank / ISO tank / 20L jerry cans / 1L-5L PET bottles) with price differences
· Quality: RBD (Refined, Bleached, Deodorized) soybean oil, free from impurities, moisture ≤0.1%, FFA ≤0.1%
· Color: Golden yellow, clear and bright, no sediment
· Fortification: Optional – please indicate if Vitamin A & D fortification is available
· Certificates: Halal, ISO, and health certificate required for customs clearance
· Delivery terms: CIF to main port (please specify your available ports) or FOB
· Payment terms: LC at sight or T/T – please state your preferred terms
· Lead time: First shipment schedule after order confirmation
