Hello, We are currently sourcing Tambaqui (Colossoma macropomum) for a U.S. retail program. Our distribution network is expanding and will soon supply approximately 200 retail locations, so we are looking for reliable plants/exporters capable of steady supply and scalable production. Target Product Format: Ideally, the product would be packed in a retail-ready format, similar to these specifications: • Frozen product (IQF where applicable) • Portions or fillets depending on species • Vacuum-packed or sealed retail packs • Retail pack size approximately 16–24 oz • Clean label product (no additives) If your plant cannot produce retail packaging, please let us know your standard export format (for example, bulk cartons, IQF fillets, loins, whole fish, etc.). We may be able to repack in the United States, so alternative packaging may still work.
