As a pioneer brand in Brazil, Bigen belongs to the multinational, Hoyu – the absolute leader in the hair color market in Asia and marketed in over 70 countries. The Bigen representation in Brazil corroborates the excellence of the company: the Cless Ákua factory is the only manufacturer authorized to produce Bigen outside Hoyu facilities.
The Essenza brand – already a traditional brand of straightening products on the market, with its Relaxer System – has advanced in hair-care products with its innovative Ciclos Repair Lines.

This entire operation is maintained by over 400 committed staff members belonging to the departments composing the company.
They make up the back office, formed by the Administrative and Financial areas, the Sales Teams that serve the entire domestic region and receive the strategic support provided by the Trade and Marketing areas, the Promotion and Merchandising Teams that promote Brazil overseas to bring consumers closer to the products available at sales outlets and to the Technical Team responsible for promoting the best techniques for using Cless cosmetics among beauty professionals, according to the latest hair transformation trends.
Cless also receives the support of the Ákua industrial unit housed in 4,800 sq. meters of factory space, where the Cless portfolio of products is wholly manufactured.
Located in this arm of the company are modern R&D labs, where all Cless products are developed and checked according to rigorous Quality Control standards to leave the factory already meeting the demands not only of consumers but also of the strict international health regulations.
The ability of the factory to operate in three shifts enables greatest production speed. Production processes also follow the standards determined by GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) criteria established by the American FDA (Food and Drug Administration) agency.
Cless has a distribution center to house all the production coming from Ákua. It is located in a 5,000 sq. meter area with 5 docks able to receive all types of vehicles and totally equipped with wireless technology that makes it quicker and more efficient to locate and store manufactured batches in the over 3,200 positions/pallets available.
