We work with supply contracts: 1) SPOT (READY FOR DELIVERY), 2) 12 MONTH EXTENSION, 3) TRIAL + 12 MONTH EXTENSION, and 4) SPOT + 12 MONTH EXTENSION. We have SPOTs already nationalized abroad (USA). Our company operates with approximately 100 Mills and has already purchased the production for the next 5 years. We also operate SOY, CORN, BEANS, BEEF and CHICKEN MEAT, PINUS. We operate through SBLC and DLC, with 110% insurance, and for extensive contracts, payment against BL presentation.

GENERAL SALES PROCEDURES (Non-negotiable):

Send ICPO with CIS and BCL or RWA. (COMPLETE)
For compliance approval, the seller sends FCO.
Buyer signs and makes POF Bank to Bank MT 799.
Seller sends SPA.
Buyer signs SPA.
INVOICE.
Inspection with presentation of property documents.
If it's a Spot, pay 30% and pay the remaining 70% on BL.
If it's a contract, open a divisible, transferable, and irrevocable SBLC letter of credit with 110% insurance, we receive against BL.
