R&D Capability
Maisonchem owns a 1000 sq.m research center, and a research team leading by well known scientist in liquid crystal field, and more than 30 researchers who are very professional in organic chemical. The R&D center is equipped with all kinds of reaction and testing equipments to help us to carry out organic synthesis under going at-90℃ ~ +250℃.
To keep up with the market, 10% of the annual sales are invested in R&D every year, we assure of our ability of meeting your requirements in the shortest time.
Production Capability
The production base covers an area of more than 66,700 sq meters. We are able to conduct high temperature, high pressure and ultra low temperature organic synthesis reactions.
We established 4 large-scale production workshop, 2 pilot plants, 20 small amount workshops, 1 packaging workshop (10 thousand class), 2 Hydrogenation and 1 low-temperature workshop. More than 120 sets of 10L to 3000L reactors are equipped to conduct gram-ton sized production, and more than 100 tons of liquid crystal chemicals is produced every year.
Our quality control center equipped with GC, HPLC and other detecting instruments. We have passed ISO9001 Certification in 2008, and established complete Quality management system.
