Hubei V-Medical Products Co., Ltd. (V-Medical), established in August 2004, and located in Xiantao City, Hubei Province, with about 1-hour-drive to Wuhan Tianhe International Airport, is a professional medical dressing manufacturer jointly funded by Kaitaijia Beijing, RAFFIN France and NISSAN Israel.
Since its establishment in 2004, the production and sales of V-Medical have been growing rapidly, with its annual gross value of production and sales of more than USD 14 million in 2016. Moreover, the sales markets of V-Medical have spread over the world, with the European market accounted for half of its sales market in particular.
Through ten-year practical and fruitful operation, V-Medical has developed into a professional medical dressing manufacturer, integrating cotton spinning, weaving, bleaching & dyeing, and finish machining as the one. And it possesses more than 1,000 products, including various disinfected and non-disinfected medical dressing products. All products have passed the ISO13485: 2003 and CE product certification.
Hongli Textile Mill and Meitaikang Bleaching & Dyeing Mill, operated by V-Medical via controlling and sharing, possess a total of 850 high-speed weaving looms and two sets of degreasing and bleaching equipment, With 350t cotton yarn woven monthly, weaving 15 million meters, and more than 25 million meters degreased and bleached.
For the traditional production line of dressings, V-Medical continuously transforms and upgrades. Currently, we have 24 high-speed gauze swab folders, 50 sets of sewing machines for abdominal pad and ten non-woven folders, with the monthly production of gauze swab up to 70 million, non-woven swab more than 80 million, abdominal pad over 2.5 million, and gauze ball folded manually nearly 15 million.
In 2013, we then invested RMB 10 million to build a new large standard purification workshop, with standard air-conditioning system and separate environment disinfection system. The usable area of new purification workshop covers about 4,000m2. Moreover, we possess three automatic packaging lines for soft plastics and two for hard plastics, as well as four single-swab packaging machines, with monthly production of hard plastics up to 0.8 - 1 million, 8 - 10 million for soft plastics, about 8 million for all-sealings, and more than 1.1 million for single-swab hand bags.
ETO Sterilization Center of V-Medical, founded in 2009, spanning over 1,500m2, possesses three sets of sterilization equipment, with separate preheating and analytical rooms; in 2010, the Center has successfully passed the system audit of TUV, and obtained system certificates of ISO 13485 and ISO 11135. At present, there are four professionals and three auxiliary personnel at the Center. All technical personnel have undergone rigorous professional training, and can independently complete the entire sterilization operation and validation, with daily sterilization quantity up to 70m3.
The newly-built V-Medical laboratory is equipped with various advanced testing equipment, and can independently complete the quality identification from raw materials to semi-finished and finished products, and conduct quality certification independently on disinfected products. The authority and reliability of its test results has been positively recognized by the majority of users.
