 Commercial Terms and Logistics :
• Terms of Sale: We work exclusively under the FOB PRICE modality (Port of departure in the country of origin).
• Logistics: The buyer is responsible for import management and transportation to the destination country.
• Loading Capacity: Supplied by 40-foot containers.
• Quality: Availability of batches with cup scores higher than [ Ex : 84/86+] .
• Terms of payment:
o 50% down payment upon order confirmation and contract signing).
o 50% remaining balance upon delivery and presentation of shipping documents ( Bill of Lading), Invoice, Packing List and Phytosanitary and Origin Certificates).
o 100% IRREVOCABLE LETTER OF CREDIT (DLC) – REVOLVING or DIVISIBLE.
o BANK TRANSFER VIA SWIFT CODE TO PNC BANK USA.
