Based on European technology, the company came up with a proposal to focus on the health of the consumer's feet, offering him comfort and quality. The intention of producing a shoe so comfortable that it becomes anti-stress was to meet this mission. The name Opananken was inspired by the old construction of footwear used in the Balkan region, Opanak, in which the term referred to a footwear to move. Its founder created a shoe completely different from what was in Brazil, innovated the manufacturing process, began to wear leathers of better origins, developed anatomical insoles and launched special footwear; with emphasis on the shoe for diabetic people. Diabetic's Line's special comfort is proven by the National Diabetic Assistance Association (ANAD) and INMETRO, which grants Opananken a seal of comfort assurance and product adequacy for diabetes patients.
