Pedal Power\s history began with the emergence of the Mountain Bike in Brazil when Daniel Aliperti, an expert on bikes began to take care of the first imported bikes coming into the country. It was the first bike shop truly specialized and knowledgeable of all small and care settings that provide greater performance and pleasure to ride.

From a small garage, where the workshop was founded in 1989, after three years of operation, Marcelo Maciel engineer and businessman, proposed to open a store. In June 1992 the company inaugurated in Pedal Power in Sao Paulo.

In 1999 enters the store with his 1st version of the site and opens the marketing of products nationwide. Coupled with hard work of all staff, Pedal Power expanded in 2003 to a new space three times, which allowed the design of a bike shop along the lines of the international market.
