During the warranty period,TOPTEK is responsible for free repairs and replacement of parts and components (except for consumables such as conductive fibers, lens and nozzles) that fall within the scope of the warranty. Due to buyer’s entrusting a third party to disassemble and repair the machine, abnormal power supply, bad working environment etc. and external factors that cause machine failure or machine damage are not included in the free warranty.
