In 2019, 2020 and 2021, it has been rated as the top 100 enterprises in Shijiazhuang City for three years. The annual output value exceeds one billion yuan, and profits and taxes exceed 100 million yuan. There are more than 1000 employees, mainly include below four sectors: 1. Blast Furnace Smelting Department: The company has a 230m³ smelting blast furnace, a 110 m sintering machine, and a 6000KW blast furnace gas waste heat generator set, with an annual output of more than 300,000 tons of high-quality casting pig iron, ductile iron and high purity pig iron. 2. Casting Department: There are lost mold casting; Coated sand casting, iron sand production line, resin sand production line. In 2021, the new Japan Tokyo automatic modeling horizontal line, with an annual output of more than 50,000 tons of variousprecision castings. Another in Cangzhou we have a casting plant with vertical casting line , annual output is more than 20,000 tons. In 2020, the new batch of short-process casting multi-process precision castings have a production capacity of 92,000 tons. 3, machining part: existing vertical, horizontal machining center; More than 30 CNC gantry units.
