The column is installed on the upper part of the bed. The saddle transverse moving along the column as X-axis. The sliding seat placed on the saddle to drive the spindle box for longitudinal moving as Y-axis. The spindle box placed on the slide seat and drives the spindle in vertical direction moving as Z-axis. The BC-axis tilting rotary table is installed on one fixed support side and driving by another side servo motor in column. After multiple optimizations and redesigns, the overall structure has now achieved unprecedented high dynamism and stability, with many advantages of easy operation, high efficiency, precision, compactness, and flexibility.
