Strong Load Capacity and High Stability: Core cam components undergo carburizing and quenching processes, achieving a surface hardness of HRC 58-62. The output shaft can withstand combined loads of 500 kgf radial and 600 kgf axial. Under 24/7 continuous operation, the system maintains a failure rate below 0.5%.

Intelligent Monitoring and Protection: Select models feature built-in sensors for speed, torque, and temperature, enabling real-time feedback on equipment status. The system automatically triggers warnings and stops in case of overload, overheating, or other abnormalities.

System Composition and Working Principle

Core Components
The complete system consists of a dedicated servo / variable frequency motor, a precision reduction gearbox, a high-precision cam indexer, an intelligent control module, couplings, and a protective housing. The motor provides stable power input; the gearbox ensures precise matching of speed and torque; the cam indexer converts continuous motion into intermittent indexing; the control module interfaces with PLC systems for programmed control of indexing angles and speed; the housing provides protection against dust and oil contamination for core components.

Working Principle
The control system issues commands. The motor drives the reduction gearbox to output the adapted torque and speed, which is transmitted via the coupling to the input shaft of the cam indexer. Inside the cam indexer, conjugate cams engage with roller bearings, converting continuous rotary motion into periodic intermittent rotation of the output shaft. This drives the station table to perform precise indexing and fixed-point stopping, enabling automated cyclic operation for multi-station production lines.
