1. Product Introduction This precision spline shaft / Mop Roller Driver is the core drive component we have customized for high-end cleaning appliances, such as floor scrubbers and robotic vacuum cleaners. As a factory specializing in the manufacturing of precision mechanical components, we employ "turn-milling" and "power skiving" processes to produce various high-precision involute spline shafts, rectangular spline shafts, and irregular drive shafts, which are widely used in household appliances, automation equipment, and the automotive industry.

(1). Extreme silent performance (concentricity control): Pain points: Common bearings experience large runout due to multiple clamping, resulting in loud noise during high-speed operation.
Our solution: We utilize a turning and milling center to complete the machining of the outer circumference, end face, and keyway in a single setup, ensuring that the coaxiality between the bearing position and the tooth section is ≤ 0.01mm. This guarantees that the motor operates without vibration and produces low noise during high-speed rotation.
(2). Complex tooth profile machining capability: Equipment: Utilizing Japanese Kashifuji gear shaving machines / Ningjiang gear hobbing machines.
Capability: Whether it's involute splines, rectangular splines, or special anti-slip knurling, we can achieve precise molding with an accuracy level of ISO 5-6.
(3). Excellent surface treatment: The journal area is precision-ground, achieving a roughness level of Ra 0.2 - 0.4 (mirror-finish quality).
The surface of stainless steel can undergo passivation treatment to enhance its rust-proof ability, making it perfectly suitable for humid working environments.

(2) Length range: 10mm - 400mm.
(3) Dimensional tolerance: h6 / g6 (micrometer-level fit).
