- Carbon Steel: C45 (1045), A3, Q235 (Standard for durability)
- Stainless Steel: SUS304, SUS316 (For food/medical industry)
- Cast Iron / Cast Steel: For large diameter sprockets (Up to 3800mm via our Sand Casting process).

(2). Precision Machining (Finished Bore):
- We don't just sell rough pilot bores. We offer "Ready-to-Install" sprockets.
- CNC machining of Shaft Holes, Keyways, and Set Screws ensuring H7 tolerance.

(3). Heat Treatment:
- Teeth Induction Hardening: HRC 40-55 (Crucial for wear resistance and long life).
- Black Oxide / Zinc Plating available for rust prevention.
