Main Casting Processes
Sand Casting: Suitable for heavy components with lower precision requirements, such as large machine tool bases and municipal manhole covers.

Our Casting Service Full Process
CAD Modeling: Use software to build a 3D model, simulating metal flow and solidification shrinkage processes.
Mold Making: Select mold material based on order volume – wood/foam patterns for small batches, metal molds for large batches, and 3D printed sand molds for rapid prototyping.
Wax Injection: Use a high-pressure wax injection machine to inject low-temperature wax/resin into the mold, forming a wax pattern identical to the casting.
Shell Preparation: Alternately apply refractory materials like zircon sand and corundum sand using a silica sol/water glass binder to form a high-temperature resistant ceramic shell.
Shell Firing: Sinter the shell at high temperatures of 900-1100°C to enhance strength and remove residual moisture and wax material.
Metal Pouring: Melt metal using an electric furnace/medium frequency furnace, and inject it into the shell using vacuum casting (for high-precision parts) or gravity casting (for standard parts).
Spectral Analysis: Use a direct-reading spectrometer to test the composition of the molten metal (e.g., C, Si, Mn content), ensuring compliance with material standards.
CNC Precision Machining: Perform micron-level machining on critical areas of the casting (e.g., sealing surfaces, threaded holes), improving precision to ±0.02mm.
