With new flavors, the bars manufactured in the Bean to Bar process, is inspired by Brazilian gastronomy. Elements such as coffee hulls, known as Cáscara, Cachaça and Tapioca, are brought to the chocolate universe with different intensities and recipes for the refined expression of harmonization between all ingredients. Baianí comes out of a line of 7 to 14 varieties of bars without the use of additives, fats or artificial essences, only cocoa, organic sugar and selected ingredients. The quality of chocolates comes from the planting of cocoa in the Potumuju Valley, using the agro-forestry cultivation system known as Cabruca, where cocoa trees are grown under the shade of native trees of the Atlantic Forest. Every process of harvesting, fermentation, drying and maturation of cocoa almonds goes through specific protocols and control owners, bringing a standard of excellence in the final result. All executed so that traceability and sustainability are respected, both in relation to our biome and in relation to our employees to our community. We are guardians of the Natural wealth of our origin and we want to share with the world the taste of cocoa and Bahian chocolates.
